论制度化时期德育工作思维视角的转换

摘    要:新时期历史条件的变动,必然要求和引起德育工作思维视角的重大转换。在德育工作思维的价值取向上,德育工作要从服从、服务于革命运动转向重在社会建设和人自身建设;在德育工作思维的实践基点上,德育工作应由主要面向少数先进分子转向以“广大的中间地带人群”为中心,在德育工作思维的宏观视域转换上,德育工作的视野要由局限于国度社会转向“人的世界历史性存在”;在德育工作思维的载体形式上,网络等大众媒介将逐步成为德育工作的重要阵地。

Abstract:The change of historical conditions necessitates a change of our perspectives and directions in moral education in era of institution construction. The focus on the moral education should be to serve the development of the society and individuals instead of serving and subjecting to revolutionary campaigns and movements. The basis for fulfilling such a new perspective should be to make it intended for the majority populace instead of the few "advanced individuals". Furthermore, a shift of our macro-perspective is also essential, i.e. instead of viewing moral education as a national undertaking, it should better be seen as a worldwide global business. The media and formation education should also be extended to the Internet, which should be made an important battlefield for it.
