乐行晕车贴扩张血管作用的研究

为了解乐行晕车贴局部外涂给药对动物血管扩张作用的影响，采用二甲苯引起小鼠耳肿胀、腹腔毛细血管通透性、大鼠足跖肿胀等模型，并以阿托品作为阳性对照进行药效学研究，结果表明：二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀，乐行晕车贴高、中、低剂量组右耳明显红肿、厚度增加，两耳片差异较大，明显高于对照组；对冰醋酸所致的小鼠腹部毛细血管通透性高、中、低剂量组具有一定的增强作用，与对照组比较有显著性差异；高、中、低剂量组大鼠蛋清性足跖肿胀在致炎后0．5，1，2，4，6h有明显增加大鼠足跖肿胀作用，其作用与阿托品相似．说明乐行晕车贴局部使用对动物血管具有扩张作用．
