| Abstract: | A real-time method by using semiconductor gas sensors to measure the density of chemical gas is dealed with. The enviromental characters of semiconductor gas sensors is researched based on a great deal of experiments. The methods of controlling the influence of enviroment by using hardware and the methods of handling nonliner signal are given. |
