| 摘 要： | 堆龙德庆县是近年西藏发展最快较具代表性的地区之一。它在发展中的经验和教训值得西藏其他地区借鉴和吸取。文章在具体分析制约西藏发展的诸多不利因素的基础上,结合堆龙德庆县发展中的经验和教训,为西藏和谐社会的构建提出相应对策。

| Abstract: | Duilong Deqing County is one of the typical districts in Tibet that develop most rapidly in recent years.It is worthwhile for the other areas of Tibet learning and drawing lessons from the experience of the county's development.On the basis of analyzing the unfavorable factors which is restricting Tibet's development,the article proposes some suggestions for constructing a harmonious society in Tibet in according to the experience of Duilong Deqing County's development. |
