马尾松材做铅笔杆的研究报告

摘    要:<正>本研究在充分掌握马尾松木材性质的基础上,通过选材,改进工艺,使马尾松木材蒸煮后脱脂率达87.8%,力学强度降低了16.7~20.8%;烤板后木材的硬度降低了45.1%;吸湿性降低了50.0%,厚度膨胀率降低了26.7%,提高了尺寸的稳定性,从而使马尾松材达到了做铅笔杆材的要求。万支铅笔板消耗原木0.60立方米;白杆出笔率最低91.7%,最高98.9%,平均95%,产品合格率最低96.2%,最高99.41%,平均97.4%,减少烤板损耗提高原木利用率达6%以上。

Abstract:It has long been a dream of the pencil industry that pencil sticks could be made of the types of wood which has rich resources. This study is based on full knowledge of the properties of Pinus massoniana Lamb. By means of selecting the right material and improving techniques, a good degreasing rate and reduction of mechanical strength after being boiled have been obtain. The wood hardness andhydroscopic ratio after being dried drop by 45.1% and 50.0% respectively. The series of treatment increases the stability of Finus Massoniana Lamb, thus meeting the requirements of pencil stick making.Every 10,000 pencil boards use up 0.6m3 of wood. The minimum qualification ratio of the pencil sticks is 91.7%, and the maximum 98.9% with an average of 95%. And the minimum qualification ratio of the final products is 96.2% and the maximum 99.4%, with an average of 97.4%. The utilization ratio has increased over 6 % due to the decrease of loss during drying. The success of this study will be of important significance in developing wood pencil production in our country.
