摘    要:研究了溶胶沉淀热分解法制备氧化物超细粉,探讨了SPI分散剂的原理和作用。并以ZnO为例,摸索出温度、PH对粉末颗粒的影响,对得出的粉末进行了X射线、透射电子分析、化学成分分析以及颗粒尺寸测试,取得了较理想的实验结果。并指出该工艺易于转化为规模化生产,具有广泛的市场效益。

Abstract:In this paper, the making of oxidate sperfine powder with colloidal sols precipitate by heat digestion was studied and the theory and function of disperser of SPI was investigated. Taking ZnO as an example, the effect of temperature and pH to powder particle was obtained.The powder was analyzed by x-ray, and transmission electron for powder property and particle dimensions. The powder chemical component was also analyzed for its purity. It gave an ideal experiment result. This technic could put into industrial production and have it would give a favorable pufit.
