| 摘 要： | 高校后勤服务企业的特殊属性决定了企业文化管理对于它的极端重要性。文章通过对高校后勤企业文化建设的必然趋势、作用的分析,进而对高校后勤服务企业建设企业文化的构建原则和构建内容进行了初步探索。
