A New Method of Flood-Controlling Investment Distribution Based on Nonlinear Multi-Objective Group Decision-Making

On the basic of analyzing the influencing factors of dissatisfy of zones, which are concerned with investment distribution for flood control planning, this paper puts forward the zone's basis nonlinear dissatisfied function, establishes the nonlinear multi\|objective group decision of investment distribution for flood control planning based on nonlinear multi\|objective theory and group decision theory, and provides an interactive plus weight multi\|objective solving method based on the basis group preference priority. Through a practical example study, the satisfactory results are obtained.
