SCGM预测控制对纯滞后伺服系统性能的改善

摘    要:通过对圆网伺服系统的分析,提出了一种基于系统云灰色模型(SCGM)的预测补偿控制器,它结合灰色预测,PID控制以及决策控制的思想,可以较好地改善小的纯滞后伺服系统的跟踪性能,仿真试验和实验运行证明了该控制方案能够在不影响原有系统阶跃响应的情况下,减小斜坡响应的稳态误差,提高伺服系统的动态响应能力。

Abstract:By means of analysing the rotary screen servo system a kind of prediction-compensation controller, based on grey system cloud model(SCGM), is put forward. The controller, combining grey prediction with PID and decision control, can improve the performance of servo system with small pure time-delay. The results of computer simulation and practical running prove that this scheme can reduce static error of ramp response without affecting system step response character.
