| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping's thought on socialist democracy and legal system has a wealth of data and depth of thinking with great practical significance.From the perspective of the cardinal policy of socialist legality,adherance to socialist democracy and legality,the dialectic relationship between democracy and legality,the relationship between ideological guidelines and the establishment of legal system,the relationship between legal system establishment and economic construction,the relationship between class struggle,dictatorship over enemies and the legal system establishment,the article further explains Deng Xiaoping's great contribution to the theory of socialist democracy and legality and the Marxian concept of legality. |
