多孔PTFE/PE/PP驻极体对利多卡因的小鼠皮肤通透性的促进作用研究

摘    要:用高效液相色谱法研究了不同表面电位对利多卡因的体外小鼠皮肤通透性的促进作用.热融法制得的多孔PTFE/PE/PP驻极体膜结果表明带正、负极性的多孔PTFE/PE/PP驻极体对利多卡因均有明显的透皮促进作用;正极性多孔PTFE/PE/PP驻极体较负极性多孔PTFE/PE/PP驻极体对利多卡因有更强的皮肤促渗作用;正极性多孔PTFE/PE/PP驻极体对利多卡因的皮肤通透性随表面电位的增加而增加.

Abstract:The influence of porous PTFE/PE/PP electrets prepared by heat melting method with different surface potential on the transdermal delivery of lidocaine through mouse skin has been studied by using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The results show that although both the negative and positive electret could promote the lidocaine transdermal delivery, the positive electret showed much higher enhancing effect than negative electret. Moreover, the enhancing effect of the positive electret on the lidocaine skin permeation raised as increasing the surface potential of the electret.
