学术是公共产品——学术的经济学视角解读

摘    要:在市场经济的大背景下,学术腐败随学术市场化日益严重。学术成果的消费具有非竞争性、非排他性和正的外部性,是典型的公共产品。因而,学术市场化运行必然造成市场失灵,带来学者价值观功利化,学术资源供不应求。学术腐败。学术是公共产品不是私人产品,不能采取市场化的方式运营,只有以公共产品对待和运作才能解决当前学术界存在的诸多问题。

Abstract:Under the background of the market economy, the academic corruption is growing serious with the academic marketability. The academic achievement's expense is the typical public product; it has the non-competitiveness, non-exclusiveness and the exterior nature. Therefore, the academic marketability movement makes the market malfunction be inevitable, and brings the academic corruption. Academic is the public product, not the personal product, and it cannot be adopted by the way operation of marketability. We can solve many problems that remain on the current academic circles, if we treat academics as the public product.
