The Inspiration from the Theory of Fairness

The article,through analyzing the concept,origin and content the theory of fairness,proposed that the theory brings us enlightenments.It holds that in the modern supervisory work,we should profit from the research findings of the theory to instruct people to understand and deal with issue of fairness correctly,to set up a correct view of fairness,and try our best to build a good psychological environment,thus reducing or taking away the unfair phenomenon in society.
