| 摘 要： | 研究了涂料基体-溶剂-超(亚)临界CO2的高压相行为.使用的涂料基体是906-丙烯酸树脂和108-丙烯酸树脂,浓度范围为10%～50%(质量分数),溶剂为醋酸正丁酯.实验在高压反应釜中进行,温度范围35～65℃,压力范围3.0～8.0*!MPa.观测了各组分含量及温度、压力对相行为的影响,并绘制了树脂-溶剂-CO2体系的三元相图.

| Abstract: | A systematic investigation of resin-solvent－supercritical or sub-critical CO2 mixture phase behavior was made. The coating mat rix used was 906-acrylic resin and 108-acrylic resin at concent rations ranging f rom 10 % to 50 % by weight in mixtures with n-butyl acetate. The experiment s were conducted for temperatures f rom 35℃to 65 ℃and for pressures f rom 3.0 MPa to 8.0 MPa in a high-pressure reactor. The effect of temperature ,pressure and content s of every component on the systems phase behavior was observed. Finally a ternary phase diagram for resin-solvent-CO2 was made. |
