混凝土抗氯化物侵入性标准测试方法的适用性

摘    要:评述了欧共体Chlortest科研项目建议欧洲标准采用3种方法(浸泡法(NT Build 443)、RCM快速氯离子迁移法(NT Build 492)和电阻率法)评价混凝土抗氯化物侵入性的适用性.特别强调指出:电通量法不宜再用于评定混凝土抗氯化物侵入性和筛选配合比;电阻率法适用于现场施工质量控制,但需事先针对特定混凝土,建立其与浸泡法或RCM法测试结果的相关性.对大掺量粉煤灰或矿渣的高耐久性混凝土,建议湿热养护试件,以快速评定混凝土抗氯化物侵入性.

Applicability of test methods for resistance of concrete against chloride penetration

Abstract:The European research project chlortest recommended three methods, namely immersion test (NT Build 443), rapid migration test (NT Build 492) and resistivity test, to be adopted as the European standard methods to evaluate the resistance of concrete against chloride penetration. This paper reviews the applicability of these methods and especially emphasizes that electrical charge measurement as per ASTM C1202 should not be used further for the evaluation of the resistance against chloride penetration into concrete and mix proportion optimization. Resistivity test is suitable for in-situ quality control if its relationship with the results by immersion or rapid migration tests for specific concrete has been established. For highly durable concrete with high volume fly ash or ground blast furnace slag, steam curing of testing specimen is recommended for rapid appraisal of the resistance of such concrete against chloride penetration.
