| 摘 要： | 分析了高校教师科研激励机制的内涵,指出现行的高校教师科研激励机制是一种面向过去的评估型科研激励机制,与高校教师的社交需求、尊重需求、求知需求和创新需求存在矛盾,从而提出应构建基于教师需求的发展型高校科研激励机制。
