摘    要:采用ESG法合成钙钛矿稀土复合氧化物LaMO3(Mx为Ni^3+、Co^3+或Fe^3+)纳米陶瓷薄膜,研究了pH值对柠檬酸与La^3+和M离子络合的影响及 合方式对形成LaMO3的作用,发现LaMO3前驱体凝胶膜对形成陶瓷薄膜有很大影响,慢的干燥速度、预处理温度与烧成温度,慢的干燥速度、预处理温度与烧成温度均有利于形成良好的陶瓷薄膜。

Abstract:A great deal of work has been given to the synthetic process of nano crystalline thin film of perovskite structure complex oxide LaMO 3 (M=Ni 3 ,Co 3 ,Fe 3 ) by means of sol gel method using citric acid as a chelating agent.The pH value plays an important role in citric acid chelating La 3 and metal ion M.The influence of the ways in which the metal ions may be complex with citric acid is studied.It is found that good gel film benefits the formation of ceramic thin film.Lower drying rate profits the appearance of complete gel film.When pretreatment temperature accords with sintering temperature,good ceramic thin films can be prepared.
