低频超声激励射流破碎过程模拟与实验研究

摘    要:设计了超声频率为20,kHz的激励破碎制粒装置,利用该装置制备了海藻酸微球.基于FLUNET软件中的流体体积函数,建立了低频超声激励下射流破碎的计算模型,研究了射流速度、激励幅度和激励频率对射流破碎过程的影响.实验结果与模拟结果较吻合,验证了所建立的计算模型的有效性和合理性,为进一步研究低频超声扰动下射流破碎法制粒过程奠定了理论基础.

Abstract:Alginate microspheres were prepared by ultrasonic excitation device that was designed at 20 kHz. Based on volume of fluid(VOF) model of FLUENT software,a low-frequency ultrasonic disturbance of breakup model was developed and roles of jet velocity,amplitude and frequency of excitation during the jet breakup were studied. The experimental data accords with the simulation results,which proves the effectiveness and feasibility of the model and provides reference to further study of the jet breakup with low-frequency ultrasonic disturbance.
