双规准反应谱与统一设计谱理论

摘    要:双规准反应谱的概念和统一设计谱的理论是基于当前各类结构抗震规范设计谱普遍存在的不确定性和现有大量强震记录由于信息不完备而得不到有效利用的现实提出的.首先给出了地震动双规准加速度反应谱的概念,分析了双规准加速度谱在表征地震动频谱特性方面与传统反应谱相比较所具有的新特点,探讨了双规准加速度谱用于建立抗震设计谱的构想和方法;其次,叙述了双规准拟速度反应谱的概念,通过对典型近断层地震动双规准拟速度谱的分析,将双规准拟速度谱应用于近断层设计谱的确定中;最后,针对双规准反应谱在表征地震动一致特性方面的突出优势,提出了基于双规准反应谱发展统一设计谱理论,并建立新一代抗震设计谱理论体系的设想.

Abstract:The concept of bi-normalized response spectrum and the uniform design spectrum theory were proposed based on the currently used design spectra with huge uncertainties in various provisions for structural design, and a great amount of strong ground motions could not be used effectively due to insufficient record information. Firstly, the definition of bi-normalized acceleration response spectrum was presented, the characteristics of bi-normalized acceleration spectrum was compared with those of traditional one, the idea and method of bi-normalized acceleration spectrum used in constructing seismic design spectra were considered. Then, the concept of bi-normalized pseudo- velocity spectrum was elaborated and was adopted in construction of design spectra for the near-fault region through analysis of typical near-fault ground motions. Lastly, the assumption on the establishment of new generation of seis- mic design spectnun theoretical system was put forward based on the bi-normalized response spectrum concept and uniform design spectrum theory.
