| 摘 要： | 针对中国人寿齐分公司的资本结构问题进行了系统的统计分析,即通过对近3年的财务报表数据的分析和运用杜邦分析法进行的分析,加之对偿债能力的分析,指出了该公司资本结构不合理的状况。
