中学体育教师工作士气与学校生态环境关系的探讨——以福建省为例

采用林海青编制的教师工作士气量表测量了福建省中学体育教师工作士气的总体情况;同时应用自编的《中学体育教师学校生态环境感知量表》测量了他们工作的学校生态环境的感知情况.该研究应用相关分析与回归分析探讨了中学体育教师的工作士气与工作的学校生态环境之间的关系;从中发现他们的工作士气与环境关系的内在规律.研究成果将为改善中学体育教师工作的学校生态环境提高他们的工作士气,推动中学体育教育改革顺利进行提供参考.

Exploration of the Relations between the Work Morale of Middle School Physical-training Teachers' and the School Ecological Environment

Adopted the teacher worked the morale meter that the scholar of Lin Hai Qing established to survey the overall condition of Fujian province middle school physical-training teachers'work morale," Simultaneously it has surveyed the situation of school ecological environment perception which they worked,with Scale of the middle school physical-training teachers'school ecological environment perception" that is self-arranged.This research has discussed the relations between the work morale of middle school physical-training teachers' work and the work of school ecological environment by using the correlative analysis and the regressive analysis;discover inherent regularities from their work morale and the environment relations.The result of research provides a reference to enhance the middle school physical-training teacher's work morale,improve the school ecological environment where they work and impetus the reform of middle school sports education smoothly.
