液压脉振注射成型过程能耗分析

摘    要:为降低液压脉振注射成型过程中的总体能耗,对成型过程中螺杆轴向振动对熔体注射充模各阶段能耗的影响进行了研究,建立了振动力场作用下熔体流经圆管形流道的数学模型,推导出了相应的能耗表达式并讨论了螺杆轴向振动振幅对注射成型总体能耗的影响。结果表明,振动力场的引入使得注射过程总体能耗减小;在螺杆轴向振动振幅变化的一定范围内,能耗随振幅的增加而减小;振幅存在一个使得能耗最小的最佳值。实验结果验证了以上结论。

Abstract:In order to reduce the overall energy consumption in hydraulic vibration injection molding process, the effect of screw axial vibration on the energy consumption of each stage in injection molding process was investigated. Mathematic model of the melted plastic which crossed through the pipe runner was established. Based on the model, an energy consumption formulation in mold filling process was deduced and the influence of screw axial vibration amplitude on energy consumption was discussed. The results showed that the overall energy consumption of injection molding machine decreased since the vibration field was introduced into the molding process, the energy consumption decreases with the increasing of screw axial vibration amplitude when the amplitude varies in a certain range and there is the best value of amplitude to make the energy consumption the least. Experiments verify the above conclusions.
