| Abstract: | The rational charge based on thermal measurement and controlled management has been an irresistible trend. Starting from the real need of our country, this paper puts forward various design schemes and system forms of family-based measurement of the heating-fee, and makes analysis and comparison of the merits and demerits of each scheme. |
