摘    要:河流水污染治理经历了一个从浓度控制到总量控制的过程,治理的方法和手段也随之在不断更新和改进。以汾河治理为例,设计基于WEB的河流水污染物总量控制决策支持系统。介绍该系统的总体框架,重点讨论系统的用户类型、决策与控制机制,最后分析削减水污染物总量的建模过程。

Abstract:The harness of the river pollution has experienced a process from concentration control to gross control, and in the mean time the methods and instrumentalities are also renovating and improving with it. This paper, under the settings of the harness of Fenhe River, devised a decision support system based on the WEB for the river pollution gross control. This paper initially introduced the collectivity framework of this system, mainly discussed the user type, decision and control mechanism, and analyzed the modeling process of the cut-down of water pollution gross.
