摘    要:本文研制了清水草莓罐头和糖水草莓罐头,并介绍了两种草莓罐头的加工工艺及二者在感官性状上的差别.为研究草莓的贮藏方法提供了可供参考的资料.

Abstract:This artide approaches the method of preserving strawberry from another angle, that is,the technology of quick-frozen fresh strawberry.It probes into the different shape and properties of the strawberry after different quick-frozen processing.The purpose of the thesis is not only to provide an effective way on the preservation of strawberry, but also to provide some reference material in the means of production and the scientific research.
