| Abstract: | This artide approaches the method of preserving strawberry from another angle, that is,the technology of quick-frozen fresh strawberry.It probes into the different shape and properties of the strawberry after different quick-frozen processing.The purpose of the thesis is not only to provide an effective way on the preservation of strawberry, but also to provide some reference material in the means of production and the scientific research. |
