| 摘 要： | 信息的传播是科学技术飞速发展的前提，也是图书馆的重要职能之一。面对社会信息化的发展和挑战，图书馆正面临着从传统向现代化的转变，这就对图书馆员的素质提出了更高的要求。本文就当前信息时代图书馆员应具备的素质进行了全面而深入的阐述，而且具体提出了提升图书馆员素质的方法和途径。

| Abstract: | The dissemination of information is the precondition of the development of science and technology, and it is also one important function of library. Facing the development and challenge of social informationization, the library is confronted with the transformation from tradition to medemization. This brings forward higher request to librarians. The paper introduces in every direction the quality of the librarian in the information age and puts forward the ways to enhance it. |
