摘    要:建立了炮口制退器斜切扩张喷口二维轴对称流场模型,结合多岛遗传算法以制退器所受冲击力为目标对喷口结构参数进行了优化研究.将优化得到的喷口结构应用于三维制退器模型进行了验证计算,计算结果表明改进后模型中制退器所受的冲击力提高了49.3%.应用多岛遗传算法对制退器结构进行改进是可行的.

Abstract:The 2D axial symmetrical CFD model of muzzle brake expanding bevel nozzle was developed and solved. The structure parameters of the nozzle were optimized based on the CFD model and multi-island GA with an objective of the impulse force on the muzzle brake. The optimal nozzle structure parameters were applied to the 3D model of the muzzle brake to evaluate the improvement after optimization, Simulation results indicate that the impulse force is improved by 49.3%, which shows the feasibility of the application of multi-island GA on muzzle brake parameters optimization.
