军队思想政治教育“灌输”中的难题及其求解

“灌输”是我们党和军队思想政治建设的优良传统.在思想政治教育过程中,客观上要求“灌输”发挥时间累积作用,即在传授中开启和推进认知阶段,有所深化后再进入认同-内化阶段;而同时“灌输”又会形成受教育者对思想政治教育“有用性”主观感受的边际效应.作为军队思想政治教育的本质,“灌输”不可缺少,这是解决上述两难问题的根本.

Problems and solutions of ideological and political education in military

In the process of ideological and political education, it objectively requires instillation to play time cumu- lative effect to open the cognitive stage and promote it into the identification-internalization stage. But it will cause the marginal effect on the subjective feelings of the educated. As the essence, instillation is indispensable for the ideological and political education in military. It is the solution of the problem.
