外派经理适应调整模式的作用产生机制研究

摘    要:在以往研究结论基础上,探索和验证外派适应调整模式的四维结构,深入分析角色认知、组织支持、上下级关系等重要影响因素对外派适应调整模式的显著预测作用,有助于研究任务类型和外派类型在这一作用过程中的显著缓冲效应。

Abstract:On the basis of the past research, this study aims to explore and verify four-dimensional structure of expatriate adapta-tion mode, focusing on the predicative function of adaptive strategies mode on which some important factors, such as role cogni-tion, organization support, the dyadic relation between supervisors and subordinates, and etc.exert influence.In addition, the significant moderating effect of the types of expatriate tasks has also been included in the study.
