| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing problems of financing service provided by commercial banks , this thesis introduced and remarked the existed laws and regulations related to positive incentive measures on financing, and then proposed incentive measures from perspectives of supervisory system , credit system, risk sharing system and tax system to modify the financing service provided for small and micro enterprises by commercial banks. |
