| Abstract: | After 2-years teaching of gymnastics an optional specialized course for college students, we found that the professional technique, theoretical knowledge and body constitatian have significantly been improved . It is concluded that 2-year teaching of football as an optional specialzed course has effects on improving making of physical education. |
