| 摘 要： | 分层递进教学用于大学篮球专项选修课教学之中,是一种新的尝试.在篮球专项选修课之前,以篮球单项技术作为主要指标,结合身体素质水平对学生进行分层教学,从而使学生在同一技术水平的层次内进行学习与练习,避免了重复教学,提高了学生参加体育锻炼的兴趣,使之终身受益.

| Abstract: | The progressive teaching of university basketball as a special elective course is a new attempt. Before basketball as a special elective course, single item training is used as a major guideline, together with physical quality level of students, which avoids the repetitive teaching, enhances students to participate in the physical training with great interest, and benefits them throughout their life. |
