摘    要:针对具有多个阻尼块的局部约束阻尼层优化问题,分析了阻尼层模态损耗因子对质量的灵敏度,建立了以阻尼块的敷设位置和厚度参数为设计变量,以附加阻尼结构质量为约束条件、以模态损耗因子最大化为目标函数的优化数学模型,提出了局部约束阻尼层耗散率一致化优化方法。运用该方法对四边简支板阻尼层优化,得到了不同质量时的阻尼层的敷设方案,并讨论了不同生长方式对模态损耗因子的影响。结果表明:提出的局部约束阻尼层优化方法是可行的,可有效提高阻尼层的减振效果,对局部约束阻尼层的优化设计有着重要意义。

Abstract:Aimed at the optimization problem of partial constrained layer damping (CLD)that has multiple damp blocks, the sensitivity analysis on modal loss factor of damp blocks to mass was carried out. The optimized math- ematic model was established, which uses the thickness and location of damp blocks as design variables and the modal loss factor as the target function under the constraint function of the mass of damping structure. The optimiza- tion method of partial CLD damp blocks dissipation rate unification was put forward. Partial CLD treatments with different mass for four-edge simply supported plate were designed by using the dissipation rate unification optimiza- tion method. The influences of diffi~rent parameters of growth process on modal loss factor were discussed. The result indicates that the dissipation rate unification optimization method of partial CLD is feasible, and could improve the effects of vibration reduction effectively. This method has important significance to the optimal design of partial CLD.
