| 摘 要： | 本文在David M Miller提出的原始ROI模型基础上经过改进和发展,提出了一个改进ROI模型,考虑到综合要素生产率变化和价格等其他因索变化对企业盈利能力影响的定量关系。建立了多层次的生产率分解测算系统,并结合一个具体的国营工业企业进行了测算和分析。

| Abstract: | This paper, based on the original ROI model presented by David M Miller, presents an improved ROI model. Considering the quantitative relationship in which the change in the total factor productivity and other factors, such as price, exerts influence on profitability in industrial enterprises, the authors have constructed a multi-hierarchical productivity analysis and measurement system. By using the proposed model, the results from the analysis and measurement of a state-ownedindustrial enterprise are also shown in the paper. |
