摘    要:在细化结构的基础上,对内置式可控偏心器的各个部分进行了受力分析,在此基础上构造了滚动稳定平台的控制模型,确定了内置式可控偏心器滚动稳定控制模型,为系统的后续分析提供了依据.

Abstract:The built in directional controller introduced in this paper is a steering tool in well trajectory control system. Its deflecting steering mechanism is rotatable along with drilling bit. It controls the drilling direction of bit by the side forces which three retractable limb blocks exert on borehole wall. The three limb blocks stretch out by the pressure of drilling fluid, and draw back by reset springs and the acting force of borehole wall.The direction of the side force is controlled by a servo control station which is in drill collar and is not rotatable. The principle and constitution of the controller is introduced. Based on the mechanic analysis, the control model of the servo control station is established.
