| 摘 要： | 校园道德建设是一个社会整体道德建设的重要工程之一。在校园道德建设中，教师的主体作用必须充分重视。教师决定了校园道德的走向；教师是校园道德体系中恒稳的基础主体；教师是校园道德建设中督导功能的体现者；只有教师的积极参与，才能使校园道德的主体功能得到全面体现。

| Abstract: | School morality building is one of the important morality building projects of the whole society.In the school morality building,the principal function of teachers should be valued.Teachers,as the principal and consistent part in the school morality system,decide the direction of the school morality development.For teachers perform the functions of superintendence and direction,their active participation can play an important role in school morality building. |
