港口群、产业群与城市群共生系统演化与培育

共生是社会经济系统中普遍存在的现象。从共生理论看,港口群、产业群、城市群复合系统中,共生单元是基础,共生环境是重要的外部条件,共生模式是关键;互惠共生模式是"三群"复合系统演化的方向和目标;竞合机制、自组织机制是"三群"复合系统协同发展的内在机制,耦合机制和集散机制成为"三群"复合系统协同发展的外在机制。整合港口资源,推进城镇化建设,强化产业群的支撑,培育共生环境等,可有效促进"三群"复合系统的共生演化。

Cultivating the Symbiosis System of the Port Clusters,Industrial Clusters and Urban Agglomeration

Symbiosis is a common phenomenon in the social economic system. Symbiotic elements in a system of port clusters, industrial clusters and urban agglomeration are analyzed in this paper. The conclusion is that the symbiotic unit is basis, symbiotic environment is important external conditions, and symbiotic mode is the key. Symbiosis pattern of common interests is regard as the direction and goal of the composite cluster system development, co-opetition and self-organization is its internal mechanism, coupling and distribution become its external mechanism. Integrating port resources, advancing the urbanization, strengthening the industrial clusters support, fostering the symbiotic environment are effective measures for the growth of the system.
