| 摘 要： | 亚健康是20世纪80年代中期现代医学新认识的一种介于健康与疾病之间的状态。其发病率在世界各国普遍很高并且呈上升趋势，严重地影响着现代人的健康，使其成为近年来医学、心理学和社会学研究的热点。但目前对亚健康的流行病学研究仍然没有一致的结果。本文通过对亚健康的流行病学的循证研究，探讨亚健康的形成因素、评估和调控对策。
