| 摘 要： | 对内燃机缸盖系统的振动激励及表面振动信号的特性进行分析,建立了缸盖系统的振动模型。利用数字信号处理技术和模态实验方法,对不同情况下缸盖系统的动态传递函数和静态传递函数进行了分析比较。根据缸盖系统的动态传递函数设计反相滤波器,进行了直接由缸盖表面振动信号识别气缸压力的研究。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the properties of the excitation and response of an engine cylinder head system and establishes the vibration model of the cylinder head system. By means of digital signal processing technique and model test, the properties of both dynamical transfer function and statical transfer function are analysed under varying conditions. Based on the analysis of the data obtained, the inverse filter is designed, and the measurement of the cylinder pressure from the cylinder head acceleration by inverse filtering is accomplished. |
