| 摘 要： | 太赫兹辐射源的研究是太赫兹技术发展的重要环节.本文提出了一种基于Smith-Purcell效应的太赫兹相干辐射源物理模型,利用粒子模拟软件对该器件的工作特性进行模拟,给出了器件的工作频率为211GHz、输出脉冲功率为80KW、效率为1.27%等参量.

| Abstract: | This paper presents a novel terahertz coherent radiation sources based on the Smith- Purcell Effect. The characteristics of this devices model are studied by using particle simulation method and the frequency spectrum,output power,efficiency are obtained. |
