| 摘 要： | 制度对人的发展所起的作用就是不仅要保护单个人或某些人的发展,而且还要能够保证社会全体成员的发展权利,特别是人们的财产权利。主要体现在制度首先为人们获得财产提供获得财产的生产条件,进而通过良好的制度充分保障人们财产权利的实现,并通过对人们行为的正外部性的激励和负外部性的限制,实现对人们的财产权利行为的调节,从而保障了全体人的财产权利不受任何损害。我国社会主义制度经过多年的建设,逐步在经济、政治和法律等各个方面实现了制度对财产权利的保护。

| Abstract: | The system firstly provides the working condition to obtain the property for the people,then fully safeguards the people＇s property rights, and in the end realizes everyone＇s property rights harmlessly through driving of people behavior＇s positive exterior and limiting people behavior＇s negative exterior. The socialist system of our country,which has been constructed through many years,gradually has realized the protection of property rights in the economy system, politic system,the law and so on. |
