| 摘 要： | 《关于回回民族问题的提纲》和《关于抗战中蒙古民族问题提纲》,是1940年由"西北工作委员会"拟定并经中央书记处批准的。两个《提纲》是党的民族工作创新性实践的成果,其在民族问题上各项具体工作的规定,指明了党的民族工作的方向。在新民主主义革命时期,党的民族工作是少数民族革命胜利的根本保证。
