| 摘 要： | 目的:建立尿液中加替沙星的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以333 nm作为检测波长。通过5名健康志愿者实验,考察尿药中加替沙星的排泄量。结果:尿液中加替沙星在1.00~36.00μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均方法回收率为98.1%,RSD为2.87%;平均萃取回收率为95.4%,RSD为3.66%,24 h排泄量在44.3%～69.6%。结论:该方法简单、快速、灵敏、准确,可推广使用。
