金属熔池往复搅拌流场中气泡运动特性数值模拟研究

摘    要:应用基于体跟踪的VOF方法对金属熔池往复搅拌流场中单个气泡的运动及变形特征进行了数值模拟研究.分析了搅拌流场的往复运动频率、气泡初始尺寸、表面张力以及奥托斯数Eo和莫顿数Mo等因素对气泡运动与变形的影响.数值模拟结果表明,气泡上升轨迹与气泡直径、流场平动频率及Mo有关,气泡直径越大,其螺旋上升趋势越强;在分析范围内,平...

Abstract:Numerical simulations of movement and deformation of a single bubble in a liquid metal flow field with reciprocating stirring were conducted using the volume of fluid(VOF) method.The influences of reciprocating frequency,initial bubble diameter,surface tension,Eotvos number(Eo) and Morton number(Mo) on the behavior of bubble movement and deformation in the flow field were discussed.The results show that bubble movement trajectory is related to the bubble diameter,the reciprocating frequency of the injector ...
