| 摘 要： | 目的:分析2007年—2008年祥云县居民循环系统疾病死亡情况,为居民慢性病的防治提供依据。方法:收集死亡资料,按国际疾病分类手册(ICD-10)进行分类,用死因统计分析软件DeathReg 2005进行统计分析。结果:2007年—2008年祥云县居民循环系统疾病年均病死率为191.80/10万,居前三位的分别是脑血管病、心肌梗死、风心病,男女性别死亡比为1.06∶1;其中脑血管病(66.27%),心肌梗死(17.38%)。随着年龄增高,循环系统疾病致死亡逐渐增高,主要发生在50岁以上人群。结论:随着人口老龄化的加剧,疾病模式的改变,心脑血管病是循环系统疾病的主要疾病,应加强以心脑血管疾病为主的慢性非传染性疾病的预防控制。
