| 摘 要： | 液体光学补偿可实现最高等级的基准补偿.将液体自然表面作为基准直接应用到光学系统设计参数中,能够充分发挥液体自然表面基准定向精度,实现对光轴的高精度自动定向补偿.通过对动态光学的理解以及对液体光楔的研究,建立了一套研究液体光学补偿的理论方法.通过归纳总结将各种液体光学补偿构架归结为统一的数学模型,并由数学模型出发研究系统结构的组成方式,设计出一些具有实用意义的液体光学补偿结构.利用数学模型对结构进行匹配分析,总结出液体折射率与补偿结构的关系,针对实际问题制作了液体稳像平行光管实验样机.
