超磁致伸缩薄膜悬臂梁静力学分析

摘    要:静力学特性是超磁致伸缩薄膜(giant magnetostrictive thin film,GMF)的重要特性,对其进行准确的分析是应用GMF的基础.结合材料力学的相关理论,求解了不同尺寸、不同基底材料GMF双层悬臂梁的中性轴和等效惯性矩;将双层GMF悬臂梁的磁致伸缩作用等效为分布弯矩作用,建立了静态磁致伸缩过程中薄膜悬臂梁的挠曲线方程.采用悬臂梁式GMF进行变形特性的实验研究,证实了挠曲线方程的正确性,同时表明磁致伸缩过程中薄膜的磁学量与力学量呈一定的线性关系,为动态磁致伸缩效应的进一步分析研究奠定了理论基础.
