| 摘 要： | 城市房屋拆迁是一项针对人而展开的复杂工作。对拆迁过程中被拆迁人出现的焦虑、怀旧、恐惧、消极、偏执等内在心理不平衡反应,可从社会和个体两方面对其影响因素进行深入分析,在此基础上对做好拆迁户心理平衡工作中思想政治教育的咨询辅导机制进行探究,以帮助被拆迁户达到心理平衡,最终实现和谐拆迁。

| Abstract: | Urban housing demolition is a complicated study on people. The anxiety, nostalgic, fear, anxiety, negative, paranoia and such as inner psychological unbalance response appeared in the process of demolition can be deeply analyzed from two aspects on influence factors of individual and society, do a good job of initial investigation on mechanism of counseling of ideological and political education can help relocated people get psychological balance, and achieve the harmonious demolition finally. |
