Analysis on U.S Funeral Industry's Rule of law

There are some problems of monopoly and the fraud of prices in U.S. funeral industry. The U.S. government makes its supervision by the rules of law. Firstly,Federal Trade Commission and the state government enacted the funeral rules and other health rules to regulate this industry. Secondly,Federal Trade Commission took many steps to enforce the law,these measures include opening the rights of consumers,requiring the funeral businesses to open general price list,encouraging competition,breaking the monopoly and preventing the fraud. Thirdly,the administration often made a sudden inspection, published the results of inspection and engaged in a lawsuit on illegal cases. Fourthly,the administration supported consumers to establish their organization. It supported them to complain and to safeguard legal rights. The administration encouraged the public participation and accepted their supervision and criticism. By this ways U.S. government successfully established the rule of law in this funeral industry and provides some teachings on our country.
