| 摘 要： | 构建包括创新精神和风险承担精神两个维度的企业家精神评价指标体系,实证检验企业家精神对我国中小上市公司成长的影响。研究结果支持了理论预期,企业家精神各维度均与中小上市公司成长性之间存在显著的正相关关系,表明企业家精神的积极培育和优化传承是缓解目前我国中小企业成长困境的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Based on the establishing entrepreneurship evaluation system including two dimensions of innovation spirit and risk-taking spirit,the author empirically tested the effect of entrepreneurship on small and medium-sized enterprises growth. The results support our expectation. Both of the two dimensions of entrepreneurship have significant positive correlation with small and medium-sized enterprises growth,which shows that the active cultivation and optimizing inheritance of entrepreneurship are the effective approaches to ease the dilemma of our small and medium-sized enterprises growth. |
